Be Fearless in Leadership

How will you foster fearlessness, and forge unique success?

Private Virtual Roundtable
27th June 2-3pm BST (3-4pm CEST)

Great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people."

Steve Jobs

The business world is getting more and more complex. And as it does so, organisations are constantly exploring new avenues of opportunity in order to stay ahead. From leveraging breakthrough technologies to creating niche roles and emphasizing values like ESG and DEI, the quest for a competitive edge has never been more undefined.

However, as business operations grow more complex, leaders are finding that these forward-thinking strategies don’t always deliver the expected edge. With 75% of change initiatives failing to meet their goals [Forbes, 2023], the challenge is multifaceted. Leaders must navigate the ever-growing intricacies of modern business models whilst identifying which initiatives truly add value. And in an environment where every decision carries a huge opportunity cost, the temptation to fall back to familiar strategies looms.

History has shown that in times of complexity and uncertainty, the greatest leaders have found true competitive advantage not from outside but from within, by leveraging the unique capabilities of their team. In an era where the majority follow established paths, how will you harness your team’s inherent strengths to carve out a unique roadmap to success?

Pathfinder, a community of business leaders, is supported by our club partner Verizon. The aim: to learn from one another by enabling cross-industry conversations, to discuss what might be around the corner and how we must adapt. With the event series running for over 3 years, members are encouraged to look beyond the horizon towards radical solutions that make a sustainable difference. Through collaboration and peer insights our community support each other on the journey of personal growth and leadership.

Our Sustainability Pledge

We’re committed to supporting our society and environment. When you attend a Pathfinder event, we pledge to offset your travel or energy usage by planting a tree via One Tree Planted. Once mature, the average tree has a net absorption of 30 kg of CO2 per year, which equates to 227 miles of travel by car or 96 hours of office usage. You can see the maths and learn more here:
